As a reliable partner, BHM group and its affiliates are committed to acting in accordance with this ethical guidance. All BHM group employees, subcontractors acting on its behalf or for its benefit, local partners, and other stakeholders are expected to follow these guidelines, whether they are in a direct contractual relationship with BHM group or not.

We are committed to continuously improve our processes and evaluate our operations as part of our sustainability program. We aim to incorporate sustainable and responsible consumption into our processes and minimize waste and by-products throughout the lifespan of projects and parks, from construction to decommissioning and restoration.

We strive to support the vitality of project communities by also engaging local actors, for example, in construction works. Furthermore, we support local initiatives through funding and sponsorship, always adhering to guidelines against corruption and bribery.

We do not tolerate bribery or corruption

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding bribery and corruption. We do not promise or pay bribes or illegal payments to officials or other parties. We do not instruct or encourage anyone to offer or accept them on our behalf. We do not allow the financing or promotion of terrorism or money laundering. We comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and economic and trade sanctions that bind us. We have developed separate anti-corruption and anti-bribery guidance.

We intervene in inappropriate behavior

We encourage our employees and representatives of our stakeholders or others closely associated with our operations to report any concerns or suspicions related to inappropriate conduct without delay. An anonymous reporting channel has been established for employees to report misconduct. Wrongdoings or suspicions can be reported to info@bhmgroup.eu, the Partners, or the Chairman of the Board.
