Reinsberg Group: Greater Competitiveness, More Innovation,

Many of our industry partners have asked why BHM Group established the Reinsberg Group, which integrated its European companies specializing in medical equipment and solutions. The answer is simple: when you combine financial and technological strengths, you improve the global competitiveness of your products.

There’s increasing talk about how Europe is falling behind the U.S. and China, which are growing faster and leaving our continent behind. These facts push us to find solutions to keep Europe competitive.

One of the steps BHM Group took to address these challenges was the establishment of Reinsberg Group at the end of last year. Initially, this group encompassed renowned European companies, such as Germany’s Medifa and the Polish brands FAMED Żywiec and ALVO Medical. Each of these companies brought unique know-how to the group, and through collaboration, the overall quality of services and products was enhanced. The synergy between these companies allowed for a stronger focus on science, research, and innovation, which ultimately led to the expansion of the product portfolio.

In the journey to building a strong holding capable of competing globally with the top players in the medical technology field, Reinsberg Group has taken several other important steps in the past few weeks. In October, the group launched direct business and project activities in the Indian market, one of the world’s fastest-growing economies. The expansion into India will open up new collaboration opportunities and strengthen our position in this dynamic region, where we plan to offer innovative medical products and services.

At the same time, we established Reinsberg Group Czechia and Slovakia a.s., a new subsidiary focused on direct sales of medical equipment in the Czech and Slovak Republic. This step underscores BHM Group’s long-term commitment to expanding its presence in domestic markets and providing comprehensive healthcare solutions at a local level.

Perhaps the most significant step in our growth strategy was the acquisition of the British company Brandon Medical. This key player in the UK medical technology market now complements the Reinsberg Group portfolio and opens doors for further strengthening our position in the European market. We consider this acquisition a major milestone in our journey to becoming one of the strongest groups in the medical equipment sector in Europe.

Thanks to all these strategic steps, Reinsberg Group is becoming a global player with solid European foundations, ready to compete with the best in world markets. The holding structure allows us to respond flexibly to the needs of international markets and offer top-quality products at competitive prices.
