The apartment resort Na Výsluní in Bakov nad Jizerou is a modern co-living project designed for seniors and families, offering 251 apartments of various types. For seniors, 121 barrier-free flats are available in 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom layouts (35–65 m²), following the success of the Senior Resort Štěpánka project. These apartments provide comfortable living, healthcare services, amenities, and various leisure activities, promoting an active and social lifestyle for seniors.

For families, 130 apartments are offered, ranging from studios of 34 m² to spacious 4-bedroom units up to 120 m², some with private rooftop gardens. These apartments are designed with a focus on comfort and aesthetics to meet the needs of modern family life.

Additionally, all ground-floor apartments feature front gardens ranging from 15 m² to 200 m², perfect for those who enjoy their morning coffee outdoors or dream of living in an apartment with a garden space.

The project operates on a cooperative ownership model, providing an affordable housing solution without the need for a mortgage. Before moving in, 30% of the apartment price is paid, while the cooperative finances the remainder through a joint loan under favorable terms. Residents then contribute through monthly payments toward the loan, ensuring manageable monthly installments.

With excellent transportation links, Mladá Boleslav is just an 8-minute drive away, and Prague’s Černý Most can be reached in 31 minutes. The residential project of high-standard housing Senior Resort Štěpánka from the portfolio of the BHM group was nominated in the competition for the title BEST OF REALITY – BEST OF REALITY 2023.

This unique project creates a shared housing area for seniors with the access to build in medical services, a variety of leisure activities, and affordable funding. This innovative concept is based on implemented best practice guidelines in senior housing in the USA and the UK.

  • The project targets clients in early senior ages 50+ or younger people with disabilities.
  • There are 184 apartments, each with its own kitchen and the choice of 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms or 3 bedrooms. Only high-quality materials and resources were implemented during construction including the equipment of the resort. Further, the resort offers barrier-free access, and it is located in the immediate vicinity of the Štěpánka forest park in Mladá Boleslav.
  • The resort is designed according to current trends in quality housing with an emphasis on the long-term sustainability of the buildings and the entire complex.

The East Gardens project in Strančice offers a total of 89 apartments each with its own kitchen and a choice of 2 to 5 bedrooms. The apartments are distributed into 41 townhouses and 48 flats, most of which offer a garden with an area of 100 - 300 m2 and a garden house.
